RTO India — NOC for transfer of ownership not approved yet even after 1 month

Address: 8, vishwakarma appt Vasundhara enclave

I had applied for NOC for transfer of my Honda Amaze Diesel Car with regn. no.DL2CAT1282 on[protected]. I had uploaded all documents online at https://vahan.parivahan.gov.in vide application no.DL211003X0218014.

However, still after one month, the status is showing as HOLD due to reason "All required documents not received through speed post". I wish to state that all documents have been duly uploaded in the above website and speedpost charges is also paid.

I request your office to resolve the issue soon as I want to sell my car at the earliest.
