RTO India — Not able to give LL TEST ONLINE

I am trying to give LL test but as soon as I click on proceed button it says you are already logged in please meet the controller.
THIS WEBSITE is a piece of ### I am trying from 1 month to get my Learners License but every time there is a new problem when old problem solves.

I had the same problem. But when I tried to log in the next day, it worked. But now another problem popped out. It is asking for some kind of Pin! And I tried area code, DOB etc but all are invalid!!!
