RTO India — Physical RC not yet received for TN19BE8053

My vehicle was re registered to Tamil Nadu with number TN19BE8053. The entry was on 10th November 2025. Previously my vehicle was registered in West Bengal. I never received my physical RC till date. When I tried to initiate the process for a duplicate RC on the Vahan website it shows a message saying smart card RC is pending activation.
