Dear sir,

I have submitted above mentioned online application for transfer of ownership of honda activa scooter on dated 23.08.2019 in registered authority (Rta zonal office easte zone 2, suraj mal vihar cbd ground 110091) rto authority with duly sign of application form, authority has been verified with owners physically and original document which is desired by him, after that our rc book not dispatched, i have visited much time but they are giving many excuses like tomorrow will dispatch, tomorrow will dispatch but we are still waiting from last 3 months.

Kindly request you look into this matter and provide us our rc book as i facing many difficulties while driving our vehicle.
