RTO India — rc smart card

My bike was registered in Bangalore North RTO on 07-Nov-2019 16:08:34 with application number KA[protected]. More than two and a half month is over still i didn't got my RC Smart Card. Since, so many days regularly I'm checking online application status, it was showing that RC Smart Card is pending. So, I contacted my dealer and he told me that till last of this month i'll get my RC Smart Card but no any progress i observed and again i contacted the dealer (i.e. Aryan Suzuki, Bus Stop, 454, Old Madras Rd, opp. T.C. Palya, Bhattarahalli, HV Residence, Krishnarajapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560049) on 24th January, 2020 and at the same time he told me that he is in RTO Office only so he will do something about this. Same day online they updated the application status that "SMART CARD Generated 24-Jan-2020 10:13:06 by user BEEREGOWDA B L". I live nearby only and mostly it will take only one day to reach me by post but still i didn't got my RC Smart Card and as per online application status they didn't have dispatched it till now.
I don't know why but in my insurance policy also they wrongly mentioned my name, address and pincode. For this also whole month I was got puzzled in between the dealer, insurance agent named Balaji and insurance company and still they didn't have changed all this on my main policy, they have given me the corrected copy and told me to attach it with the main insurance copy and it is valid. For this only this much only they i had to visit showroom again and again several times. I contacted the insurance agent also but soon I understood that person is a waste fellow who doesn't know the proper procedure and also not a responsible person who can understand that what he did. He had the documents with him but he didn't even tried to cross check it. After that I directly contacted to the customer care of insurance company and they also took more than a month to give me just a copy in which only correction is done. I don't know whether it is valid or not, but a single person from insurance company didn't understood or helped me in time. They were just tossing me to one another. Seriously they have mentally harassed me at every moment and me to think that i have done a big mistake by buying bike from them, in another state.
