RTO India — rc smart card not received even after 10 months

Hi, my vehicle number mh14hn9785 i had bought new access scooter from showroom on april 24 2019. I have not received the rc smart card. When i asked the showroom person they said they had missed the hsrp now they have said they have submitted it. But it's been more than 1 month after that i am yet to receive rc smart card. I visited rto pimpri also, they said to wait for another 20 days that have still passed and i am yet to receive my rc

Updated by rawat priyanka After the complain here, my rc application status has got updated to dispatched. But still I have not got any sms from speed post mentioning my consignment number. Please help me in getting my RC. It has been 11 months still waiting for the RC. I contacted parivahan customer care also, they say they don't see any tracking number for the dispatch of rc from Indian post. Please help

After posting, my rc application status have changed. Now it has become dispatched, but I haven't received any sms from India post about the consignment number. I called parivahan customer care also, they say there is no consignment no. With my application. Please help me in getting my RC.

I have purchased bike in Otc 2019
I have get vehicle no. MH 11 CV 4529, also number plate installed in Jan 2019
But till date i don't received RTO tax paid receipt and RC Smart Card.
Photos of Number plate installed has sent to Showroom minimum three times.
Also attched herewith the photos of Number Plate.
