RTO India — RC transfer has not been Done after submitting application more than 2months

Sagara RTO , Shimoga dst , karnataka

I have submitted all documents for RC transfer in Sagara RTO (Karnataka, Shimoga DST RTO) from my Father name to Mother name it has been more than 2 month still it's not happened KA15M7257. Every time i visit RTO they are telling one reason as some person is on leave. No to do some documentation. This persons are not fit for public servants. Very hopeless experience.
