RTO India — record of test results of driving test is under processing even after one month

Dear sir/madam,

I have given driving test for four wheeler permanent license on[protected] at jayanagar bengaluru rto, ka 05
However i have not yet received the driving license even after 30 days
My application no. Is[protected]

When i checked the application status on parivahan site it says
Application is under processing at rto level.
Record test results of driving test :-pending
Approval of endorsements on dl :- pending
Printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) :- pending
Dispatch of the dl and psv badge :- pending
Record test results is under processing at arto4 counter.
I request you to please do the needful.
