RTO India — Rejection of learning licence application

Sir my name is Milit Arya. I am from uttar Pradesh. Yesterday I.e. on 14/6/22 I applied for a learners licence through ekyc and today I.e. on 15/6/22 i gave the online test for the same and passed the test with 9/15 marks and after sometime when I saw my application status it showed application rejected without stating any reason. My application no. is [protected]. I want to clarify that I gave the test with complete guidelines given by the transport department. I did not try to cheat neither did I get indulge in any wrong activities during the test and I didn't even speak during the entire test still my application is rejected. Sir i request you to please help me in this matter. It's a request sir. I am also attaching the screen shot where it says that my application is rejected. Please go through it.
