RTO — Learning License Test (Provisionally passed)

I just recently gave my LLT online with my webcam on, which was required during the exam. After the test, I got a message saying that "certain violation has been detected" and I only "provisionally passed" the test, and issuance of my Learner License will "be subject to the Final Approval by the Licensing Authority".

The reason of Policy violation in the end that was given was "Detecting the absence of the applicant". I was present in front of the webcam throughout the test, however, so maybe the system at a certain point during the test did not recognise my face from the one in my Adhar card, but I am not entirely sure.

Please rectify this for me as soon as possible so that my Learning License can be approved.
