I applied for issuance of LL. I have also paid the fee for the LL on 5th January, 2022 of Rs.955.90/- in total and according to bank authorities the payment is successfully made. In my application status on the portal, no such payment is reflecting and asking me to pay the fee again.
I tried to call all the customer care numbers given on Pariwahan Seva site but no one is picking up the phone. I tried calling the Zonal Office of Mall Road, Delhi but there also no one is picking up the phone.
If no one is ready to hear the customer's grievances then why so many umbers are provided on the site.
I raised the complaint also on the pariwahan seva site and it was closed within 15 mins saying that I have to pay Rs.50 for the re-test of LL, this clearly shows that no one has read my complaint and just pasted the response without reading my raised complaint.
I have also mailed my complaint on the helpdesk of sarathi but from there also I got no response.
Due to the irresponsible behaviour of the authorities, common man has to suffer and looses their hard earned money because no one is ready to hear the grievances.
I request the authorities to either refund my paid amount or update the fee payment in my application. Was this information helpful? |
