Rto Pune — MH12 JZ 4550 Transfer Of Ownership (RC Card not received from last 12 months)

Dear Sir,

I had submitted application for Transfer Of Ownership for MH12 JZ 4550 on 26th Nov.2020 also transfer of ownership has been approved on 7th Dec.2020. When I check RC Print/Smart Card Status online it shows that : SMART CARD Pending 07-Dec-2020 15:35:59 by user MEENAL SHEKHAR KULKARNI and Dispath RC Status is DISPATCH RC Pending against Appl no MH201126V5657211.

I attended 2-3 times Pune RTO for this issue but didn’t receive any positive response from RTO Office.

It is almost 1 year completed to this process but still I have not received Smart card & nobody is bother for that.

Hence, I request you investigate this and send me my RC smart Card on very urgent basis.
