RTO — Unable to Uploading Photo and Signature - Error message "Invalid Insert"

I am Krishnaswamy Natarajan from Chennai, Tamil Nadu Statue.

As I need to do my Two wheeler Licenses renewal, for last 7 days, I am not able to Upload my Photo & Signature for my DL License Renewal
My DL license expired on 6th September 2022

I am unable to upload my Photo & Signature for my DL License Renewal
In spite of repeated reminders no action is taken till date.

1) My Two Wheeler DL Renewal Application Number : [protected] application dated[protected] Fees Paid Rs. 507/-
2) Two Wheeler TN[protected]

1) I have kept the Photo Dimensions exactly the same as specified specifications
- Width:35mm/1.4 inches (minimum of 420 pixels), Height: 45mm/1.75 inches (minimum of 525 pixels),
Width X Height - 420 x 525 pixels

2) I have kept the Signature Dimensions exactly the same as specified specifications
Width 256 pixels x Height 64 pixels, Width 1.4" /3.5cm X Height 0.44"/1.06cm

But still I am facing problem, while Uploading Photo and Signature getting "Invalid Insert" message
Please resolve this issue at the earliest
