Ruby Hospital — Covid 19 Protocol not being followed

My mother has been admitted to the icu for past 5 days. During my recent visit I found hospital staffs coming out of the COVID ICU in PPE suites, roaming freely in the corridors and talking to the family members not even maintaining 2 m separation which is gross violation of the standard protocols. Also I have noticed some enter COVID ICU without wearing PPE suites and immediately after coming out they walk in to the non COVID ICU which is adjacent to it. These negligences on the part of hospital staff members are putting numerous people at risk and immediate steps must be taken by the management to enforce the standard guidelines laid out my ministry of health, government of West Bengal and government of India. These lapses can be corroborated by the CCTV installed (16th august 2021, time 0800 Hrs to 0930 Hrs) in the corridor outside the ICU on the 3rd Floor. I am going to raise with the appropriate government authorities to do an immediate risk assessment of the hospital premises
