I have paid 1Lakh 10 thousands rupees to Rudraksh Group for work visa in July 2019 but neither provided working visa nor refunded the amount after Cancellation formed signed up. It's seems that they the professional generation to generation fraud (specially Mrs Kiran Thakur). How can I get my money back ?

I visited rudraksh group sco 15-16, phase-1, mohali and applied for work visa+ pr visa for canada in september last week 2019, our counselor aditi sharma 📱 ([protected]) said, "3 months me aapka kaam ho jayega or aapko abi work permit milega canada jane k badh 18 months me pr convert ho jayega" and also said "aap pay jaldi karo aapka kaam jaldi hoga" we have deposit the amount of rs - 2, 60, 000/-
Now they couldn't...

I am anjali gurnani wife of tarun haswani. My husband visited rudraksh group sco 15-16, phase-1, mohali and applied for work visa+ pr visa for canada in september last week 2019, our counselor aditi sharma 📱 ([protected]) said, "3 months me aapka kaam ho jayega or aapko abi work permit milega canada jane k badh 18 months me pr convert ho jayega" and also said "aap pay jaldi karo aapka kaam jaldi hoga" we have deposit the amount of rs - 2, 60, 000/-
Now they couldn't provide work permit. Everytime they give us different dates and again new reasons on each date. During this period we have visited their office 3 times. Everytime new person talks to us and give reasons and make us fool. The adviser mr. Shivam 📱 ([protected]) and his admin mr. Akshay 📱 ([protected]) didn't provide us any solution. When we asked them to provide us cancellation form so now they are going on giving us dates even for cancellation form firstly they said within week, now they are saying in january ending, how much time should i wait?? My economic condition is not well.. They just spoiled my dream.. Sometimes they don't answer our call, sometimes they say we are not at office call us after 4 pm. Whenever we ask them for lmia they fool us by saying"e-mail aata h process hota h aapko wait karna padega... Process me time lagta h". They are totally fraud, fooling innocent people.
We request to take action against them. These crookes and fraud people. Plz help us to return our money

3 months before we had started for work permit and pr visa... Our guide was aditi sharma firstly she was too sweet after that when we asked her about our process she just started arguing.. Now our file was proceed to shivam... The fellow (Shivam) is not answering our call and when we went there they said ur cancellation form will come within week... They are not providing us cancellation form and my money too... They are so fraud...

My name is gurmeet sachdeva. I am studying in brampton college, canada. I want to inform you all that i applied my canada study through rudraksh group, mohali. When first time i visited their office for counselling i was very confused because of their online bad reviews but one of my friend recommend me to visit at least once. So i visited their with my parents and their counselor guide me about colleges and other process and introduce me with their owner mr. Gurpreet singh. When i meet with mr. Singh he assured me that i will easily get my study visa in 90 days and asked me to deposit 6 lac rupees. I did the same and in my case i am very lucky that i successfully get my study visa in just 45 days and i happily came canada for study but the problem is that mr. Gurpreet singh promised me that he will arrange my accommodation in same college hostel but when i came here got to know that accommodation is arranged 8 kms away from college in a twin based sharing apartment. Now i have to travel daily 8 kms for my college. Else everything is fine and i am very happy that rudraksh group makes my study abroad dream true.

I ordered rudraksh online. I bought it and waited for a week, finally it came.. With great devine fragrance, first disappointment was when i touched the box, it was too light.. Once i opened box it struck me rudraksh are not so small​.. Then i gotta now this is a hybrid rudraksh. So i took it in my hand very disappointed to check for the sides... I didn't find any line on it instead orange colour all over fingers and obviously also great fragrance.

For some one looking for rudraksh i would say pls be aware it will make u colourful for intial few days, its not definately with visible 5 faces, it will come with certificate and good packing but might take sometime to be on ur doorstep, if you want to return it will go to seller for his approval (Whether he approves or not i have to wait and watch), and definately it's very very small size bead to give you and idea it's almost size of a chana (Chickpeas). I applied for canada work permit through rudraksh group, mohali. I talked with my counselor ridhima in the beginning. She assured me for confirm visa and after she introduced me to their director mr. Gurpreet singh and mr. Gurpreet singh also made me sure and promised me for confirm work permit for canada within 90 working days and told me to deposit 600000 for whole process and assured me that if i will not get my visa approval they will refund my whole money back. I submitted the money and waited for 90 days. After 90 days when i called them they told me to wait for 3-4 more days and i waited and after 3 days they contact me back and congratulate me and informed me that my visa approval is successfully done and showed me the photocopies of my visa and passport. Next day i visited their office and collect my visa and passport came canada within in a month.

Now i am in canada and working with a construction company but the issue is that while i submitted the money to them they promised me that i will get amount of rs. 200000 as a salary but i am getting only 165000. Yes, i am getting low salary as per their commitment but i am very happy and satisfied with their services because when i was submitting the money to them i was very confused as 600000 was very big amount for me but now i want to say thanks to rudraksh group for making my dream true.

Dear all, mai aapke saamney kuch points rakhunga, read carefully:-
Jo jo starting mei aapse wahaan bola jaayega means process:-

1. Registration fees around 30 thousand, jo mujhse bhi li gai thi.
2. Aapka offer letter aayega uske baad aapko bahoot badaa amount diposite karwana hai as a security. Ab ye security amount kinta maangtey hai, ye depend karta hai aapki financial condition pe. Kisi se 2lack, kisi se 5 lac, kisi se 10 lack, mujhe aise caal bhi aaye jinkey 15 lack fasey hain wahaan aue 2 saal se upar ho gyaa wapis ni miley abhi tak.
3. Fir bolengey ki, saarey aapkey saarey paise waapis ho jaayengey jab aapka lamia aa jaayega, jo kabhi aaney ni wala.
4. Fir bolengey ki sir hum aapko likh kar dengey ki aapkey paise refundable ho jaayengey agar kaam nahi hua toh ya hum aapko ye stamp paper pe likh kar detey hain.

Ye aapko paise toh refund kar dengey but 3-4 saal baad, tab tak ye aapkey paise share market mei invest karkey bahoot intrest bnaa chukey hongey. Aise hi chlaa hai inka business.

Pehley toh wahaan faso mat, but agar dil nahi maanta aur fasna hi chatey toh please please please follow these steps:-
Unko boliye: —
1. Madam hum jo agreement sign karengey, jispey hmaari job profile, salary extra mention hogi... Humko us paper ki photocopy chahiye usi time during signature.
(Pehli baat toh aapko dengey hi nahi, kyunki wo fake hai.in case agar de detey hain, toh us no. Pe cal mat karna jo us paper ho, kyunki wo canada, austraia wagaira ki sim ka unka hi no. Hai.
Google mei us company ka name search karo aur fir contacts mei jaao, aur us company ki email pe mail karo ki, kyaa aapney mere naam se koi job letter issue kiya hai? Agar us company ne aapko hire karney ke liye letter issue kiya hoga toh aapko within 2 days mei reply aa jaayega.)
Maine bhi aise kiyaa tha aur mujhe reply aaya ki nahi hire kiya mujhe aur wo fake hai, police mei complain kijiye.

2. Unsey kahiye, ki madam jo aap humsey security amount le rahey ho aur baad mei refund bhi kar dogey... Ek kaam kartey hain, aap hamaara kaam karwa do aur fir aap humsey jita maang rahey ho, hum aapko ye kaam honey ke baad de dengey aur humko refund bhi nahi chahiye. Ye baat hum aapko stamp paper pe likh kar detey hain.

3. Agar aap unse internet pe negative comments ki baat karogey, toh unka reply hoga, sir ye wo log hain jinka kaam nahi huaa.

4. Agar paise deney hi hain aapko, wahaan fasna hi hai zabardasti toh ek kaam kijiye:- unse stamp paper pe ye likhwaaiye ki agar 3 months mei hamara lamia (Labor market imact assessment) nahi aaya, aap hamara sara paisa refund karogey, including registration fees. Ya toh cash mei ya toh rtgs se. Check se bilkul nahi. Kyunki check aapka bounse hota rahega.

Dosto agar inmei se aapki ek baat bhi woh maantey hai, toh aap aaraam se apni file wahaan lagwaa saktey ho.

Dosto inkey poorey india se log fasey hue hain jaise bihar, maharashtra, mumbai etc, aur jin jinka inhoney paisa refund bhi kiyaa hai, unka poora refund nahi kiya. Kisi 20, kisi ka 40, 60, 80 thousand waapis nai kiya ye bolkar ki aap beech mei apni file cancel karwaai hai, ye uski deduction hai. Aur time, kiraaya alag se waste huaaa. Ab mujhe ye sab kaise ptaa? Kyunki jab mere saath yahaan fraud huaa tab maine apna no. Dala tha internet mei, aur believe me... Mujhe daily 10 se zayaada caal aatey they jinkey yahaan paise fasey hue they.

Dosto agar aap study visa ke liye inkey paas jana chahtey ho, toh koi problem nai, wo lag jata hai 10 mei se 7 ka.
But agar work permit ke liye jaa rahey, toh bhai mat jaao, mentally disturb ho jaaogey. Inkey staaf ko training di jaati hai ki client ko agali se agli date kaise kaise deni hai. Paison ka len den aapse counseller girls karegi aur baad mei koi aur hi aapse baat karega jo bolega ki mai aapka vakil hoon. Aapka phone bhi nahi uthaya jaayega.
Jo files aapko dikhaai jaayegi ki ye sab work permit hamney lagwaaye hain wo kahin aur se lagey hain.

It's been 2 years now, we applied for canada. Rudraksh people told us it will take only 6 months to get visa, so we paid rs 14, 00, 000 as they told. After 6 months they need 3 months more, later they need more time and so on. 2 years passed and our documents, fees everything is with them. They are neither processing nor cancelling it. Just calculate interest rate on 14, 00, 000 for 2 years. And the best thing now they stop answering my calls and if i visit to meet mr. Ranbir gill, my advisor from rudraksh, everytime i come back with an answer 'sorry he is not in office'. I don't know what to do now.

1. Payment laine k liye apka brainwash kare inke fake actors hote hai jo apko kahe ge k mere kisi ka visa inhone lagwaya hai main isi liya aaya hu fir foreign number se fake call bhi karwaye ge company ka keh kar

2. Apki job k related koi doccument nhi denge like limea no company details aur realted document kykoi aap dusre kise agent se pta kare ge to bda de denge yeah fake doccument hai aur ye apko its company policy keh kar nhi show kre ge

3 jab apne payment krdi aur cancel krne k liye kahe ge answer hoga k hume abhi company se nhi aayi aur apke pass koi proof nhi hai k enhone company ko payment di hai ya nahi

4. Inka maksad log ikathe kar kar unki paise bank main jama karwate hai aur us paise se jo interest aata hai wo ye company khati hai. At least 6 month tk apke paise rakhte hai isi liye aur apse bad main sign bhi karwate hai ki aap piche hat rahe hai

5. Jo agreement ye dete hai inhe kahe k pehle dikhao fir hum payment kr ye nhi denge kyoki usme jo likha hai wo kisi expert ko dikhao ge wo inki pol khol dega

I am anil kumar and my cousin manish kumar have visited rudraksh group sco 15-16, phase -1, mohali and applied work visa for canada in october 2018. My counselor ridhima 📱 ([protected]) said, "3-4 mahine me aapka kam 110% ho jayega bus aap rupye jma karwa do." we have deposited the amount rs. 1515500/[protected] rtgs +25000 insta banking and 30500 and 5000 cash)
Now still they couldn't provide work visa almost passed 10 months. During this period, we have visited their office many times. Every time they gave us fake commitments and making us fool. Adviser mr. Jitender singh 📱 ([protected]) and their admin amrita madam 📱 ([protected]) didn't provide us any solution and even they didn't gave us our money back. & when we call them they don't answer and mr. Jitender switched off the phone or not reachable. After so many follow up jitender provide us fake lmia issuance & confirmation letter on mail (Copy attached) and said your medical will process after same days but nothing happened and making fool again.
Now again we asked to return our money and he didn't respond properly and said "rood behavior paise aise nahi mileage, tum mera kuchh nahi kar sakte". Even after this we have contacted to admin amrita madam, she didn't response also and said we call you back.
This is fraud company. They mind wash the people and harassment.
We request you to take action against these crookes and fraud company and please do help to return our hard earning money.

I am Satish Kumar and my cousin Sandeep Kumar have visited Rudraksh Group SCO 15-16, Phase -1, Mohali and applied Work Visa for Canada in October 2018. My counselor Ridhima 📱 ([protected]) said, " 3-4 mahine me Aapka kam 110% ho jayega bus aap rupye jma karwa do." We have deposited the amount rs. 1521000/-(146000 Rtgs +61000 cash)
Now still they couldn't provide work Visa almost passed 10 months. During this period, we have visited their office many times. Every time they gave us face commitments and making us fool. Adviser Mr. Jitender Singh 📱( [protected]) and their admin Amrita Madam 📱 ([protected]) didn't provide us any solution and even they didn't gave us our money back. & when we call them they don't answer and Mr. Jitender switched off the phone. After so many follow up Jitender provide us FAKE LMIA issuance & Confirmation letter on mail (copy attached) and said your medical will next week but nothing happened like said and making fool again.
Now again we asked to return our money and he didn't respond properly and said " mere upper bahut case hain, tum mera Kuchh nahi kar sakte". Even after this we have contacted to Admin Amrita Madam, she didn't response also and said we call you back and never get call back from her.
This is fraud company. They mind wash the people and trapped them.
We request you to take action against these crookes and fraud company and help to return our money.

In newspaper they promised to all payment after visa but when I visit . They tell me to deposit money in advance. When I deposit all money they start arguing with me after 3 months.I have applied for the work visa of canada through rudraksh group mohali at 13/02/2018 and i have paid 30560 cash and more 542900 rs through rtgs and more 460000 through demand draft. My counselor was simran ([protected]) and advisor was sony sandhu manager ([protected])ranvir singh gill.They are just fooling us...
Now they are telling you will not get the refund amount but on the paperwork there is clearly written that you will get refund amount in just 10 to 15 days... But the rudraksha group is making us fool i am not single one that get trapped in this my friend also get suffer from this same issue... So i request to take action on it
