My name is sameer (Changed name) from sikar rajasthan. I approached rudraksh group mohali regarding the abroad job in november 2015. I meet company counselor harman she told me about the canada process and i agree to proceed my file to canada. She told me that it will take only 3 months and you will be sent to canada on work visa. They charged me total 155000 rupees that i paid then through neft. It has been 2 years now and neither the provide me any work visa nor they giving refund the money that i have paid them. I am chasing them from feb 2017 for refund of money even i signed the cancellation letter in september 2017.in cancellation it's clearly mention that after cancellation your money will be refunded without any benefit in 15-20 days now they are extending the time. They keep forwarding my file first mohit was handing my case then ekam and now jitendra. He (Jitendra) literally harassing me and always keep telling me a new story. And now they are ignoring my call also. Please take necessary action against them help me to get my money back

I request that i submitted money for the oversea job (Canada) on february, they promise me of 45 days process to canada. But till date they regularly gave me excuse about the delays.

Please suggest me whats i have to do to return my money back from them.

Victim - rahul sharma has been cheated and harassed by fraud group named rudrakash group overseas solution (Mohali-chandigarh). He approached them for providing a job in canada. For getting the job, rudrakash group asked to deposit 2 lac as a security deposit along with 30 thousand rupees for the work permit and job in canada in the month of jan 2017. However, from last 6 months they are fooling around.

During the submission of security deposit, they apprised that if we would not be happy with their services or due to any personal reason, we could cancel the process anytime in between and in that case they will refund the security deposit and 30 thousand rupees immediately without asking anything.

But when we approached them to cancel the process and refund the security deposit along with 30 thousand rupees then the rudrakash people start abusing and threatening. They threatened us to an extent claiming that police also can’t touch them and if we go and file an fir then also police can’t do anything because they have higher connects within the department. They created lot of nuisance to avoid the refund of money.

When they got the understanding that we are not getting afraid, they started asking for time to discuss with the seniors and other management stake holders.

Even after 1 month when we followed up for the status they are avoiding our calls/meetings and do not want to return the money.

Kindly look into the grave matter and help the family who invested their hard earned money and now in a dire need of money due to financial crunch within the family. Family has an old mother who is bedridden and a small kid whose mother looks after the entire family.

We are law abiding citizen and respect in the police and law. Please help us.

I had approached them in the first instance, after viewing ads in a punjabi newspaper (Jagbani) in which rudraksh fraud group claims to send its clients to canada, u. S. A, singapore etc in 45 days time. On that, i visited their office and same thing was told to me before i deposited rs. 3, 855000/- to them for my work permit for canada in the month of feburary 2016. After feburary 2016, they started fooling me to the extent they can go. My name is pramod jadhav and i am working at bhuj gujarat as an engineer.in march 2014 i have approached to rudraksh group for canada work permit visa for magna international canada. my file was handled by miss. monika for six months then transferred to mr. deepak, then transferred to mr. sanchit ([protected]) and now it is with mr. m. s. gill ([protected])

Sir, i have paid total rs. 4, 10, 560/- to rudraksh group. out of this rs. 30, 560/- are the registration charges and rs. 3, 80, 000/- are for security deposit which they have told that it will be returned back after three months from visa processing and after joining of magna international canada. rs. 30560/- and rs. 2, 10, 000/- paid by cash and rs. 1, 70, 000/- paid by electronic payment.

Till today they have not completed my visa process and when i visited rudraksh office on 22nd march 2016, i have given them in writing that i am not interested to go canada as they have not completed my process for 2 years and please return back my total amount. they told me that they will return back my amount within 15 to 20 days. after 20 days i have called them and mr. sanchit told me that payment will be deposited in my account before 15th of may 2016.

After that mr. sanchit started giving excuses and after june 20th 2016 he told that i need to contact mr. m. s. gill.

I am sending regular mails and messages through whatsapp my payment is not yet received.

I have studied the complaints on internet and observed that one suicide case is happened in 2015 and it is being handled by mr. gurupreet singh bhullar. then i decided to contact you sir to get my payment back with your help.
