Rummycircle — Account got blocked for wrong reasons

My account I'd is r.naveen.199 my account got blocked saying I have multiple accounts with same id. But I don't have any multiple accounts on my name I may think the reason of my account being blocked might be because once one of my friend logged in his account on my device so pls I am asking you to unblock my account because I have played fairly for more than 2 years .
