RummyCircle.com — Account blocked and not able to withdraw cash

User name of rummy circle Navyak2623

My account blocked and I'm not able to withdraw my cash from rummy account to why its blocked I'm not able to understand. I write so many mail to support team and fairplay team but problem is still not resolved
