All of a sudden, my account is blocked. I have more than 10k balance in account and 2 transactions which were debited from my account but not credited or refunded to my bank account. There is no reason mentioned why account is blocked and support of Rummy circle is not responding apart from sending automated emails. I have sent email multiple times with my aadhaar card attached but no response other than same automated emails.

Anyways, I have sent email again with the document to support email. Please check and respond responsibly.
