RummyCircle.com — Account blocked and withdrawal

Hi my name is k. Rakesh babu. My id is Rocky1510 mail is [protected]@gmail.com and i have rummycircle player from past 7 years and using with same bank account. I'm Platinum elite player once and now I'm a platinum player. Today I withdraw my amount at midnight and suddenly it showed my account is blocked because of bank account using by another account. I[censored] want to block u need to block that account not mine. So is it good way to treat such a loyal player. I'm too shocked they are not even replying to mails also. So please kindly unblock my account.
