It's been 3 days my rummy account was suddenly blocked. I send mail regarding this to

[protected]@rummycircle.com

I got reply from them like the bank which I was linked to my rummy account it's already linked with some other account. So please share your bank passbook soft copy to this mail for the security reasons then we can unblock your account.
Immediately I shared the soft copy of my passbook.
Still the issue is not resolved.
Please resolve the issue and unblock my account as early as possible.
