RummyCircle.com — Account blocked due to kyc

Rummycircle blocked my account because I had multiple cash accounts. I had created a cash account and the same was dormant for a while. When I tried logging in again, I was not receiving OTP. I tried contacting customer service but i didn't get any response. I created another cash account but provided the same aadhar Id for KYC purposes. I was allowed to play for 3 weeks and was winning good amounts. But my account was blocked stating that I had multiple cash accounts. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with customer service but the solution they provided doesn't work. They asked me to upload additional documents in the website but there is no option to upload the same in website. I have sent the requested documents by email but they are not supporting for KYC. I requested for closure of account and crediting my bank account with balance money but they are not doing that as well. The customer service number provided by them is not available whenever I call. The link provided for uploading doesn't work
