RummyCircle.com — Account blocked for unknown reason and also withdraw rejected

Hi i have account in rummycircle and it was blocked for unknown reasons. I have balance of 380rs which iam unable to withdraw or add money for playing. This is new type of fraud by rummycircle by saying fair play rules.
Please don't cheat people like this. And unblock my account asap.
