[Resolved] RummyCircle.com — account closed for wrong bank info | |||
Hi team, My user id is banosyeda19 and my rummycircle account was closed as i had provided wrong bank details and i received a mailer stating i need to send my passbook for reopening my account. Its been 2 days since i have shared my passbook and i have written several mails but none from the customer service team has responded to my query. Surprisingly, customer service number shared for diamond customer is switched off so there is no way i can contact rummy circle team. I had a balance of rs 12, 000/- in my account and now i am worried as no one responding to my query.in case you have decided to close my account then please transfer my money to the account number mentioned in the mailers.
