Dear RummyCircle Team,
This is userid-kiransynergy, Name- Laxman Kumar Behera, Privileged Customer for more than a Decade with Rummycircle.com.

Unfortunately you have blocked my account without my consent. I tried calling your customer support but it's not reachable and also I mailed many times the same reply going on that " answer/query mentioned in previous mail".

When ever i get free time i love to play in rummycircle as i have more acquainted compared to other site in india. And if you will see my winnings are less compared to deposit and i have never complaint i incurred losses because of rummycircle because i know winning and loosing is a part of game. when ever i incur losses your customer support executive tell me to take a short break and i did the same, when i lost 19th and 20th february i took 5 days gap and i started playing on 25th february. Everyday i used to login and play rummyrumble, point cash table, pool cash table, world rummy tournament and pokers also you can check in your system not even a single day i missed to login in rummycircle. I have a good relationship with rummycircle and i want to retain forever, i dont want to ruin it.

Many times i told you in any communication i did not tell you to close my account. on 25th February Sunday 10:37am when i got a call from your senior executive I asked for 25k/30k credit policy to recover some amount which i had lost on 19th february and 20th february but he told me we do not have such credit policy that's why i told him to decrease the 24hours add cash limit that's it we had a conversation on 25th february sunday at 10:37am. But i don't know what he understood in the same day around 6:41pm i got a mail that my account got blocked despite I deposited 20k on same day around 5:40pm to play the cash table and i had 44, 521 rupees.

There were a miscommunication with your senior executive on 25th february sunday 10:37am, i said to decrease the 24 hours add cash limit and he understood something . Once again i repeat here in any communication i did not say to block my account, our all calls get recorded you can listen to them.

Note:- In any communication i didn't mentioning for refund of amount 44, 521 which i have in my account right now. Because i want to play and every day i used to play in your cash table. If you don't wish to unblock such privileged customer who is with your services for more than a decade and never done any kind of fraudulent activities till now then initiate my amount of 44, 521 rupees with immediate effect or else i will move to social media after that consumer court(as per consumer protection act 2019).

Dear Rummycircle may I know the reason why would you have closed my account permanently ? Have I ever said in any communication to close my account /Have I ever done any kind of fraudulent activities in a decade with your services that you will close my account. Being a platinum elite club member I used to play every games/tournaments conducted by Rummycircle.

Only I said to reduce the 24 Hours add cash limit to your senior executive on 25th February 10:37 am, he closed my account at 6:41pm .

I request Rummycircle to keep productive employee in fair play/ responsible play department to get proper resolution. And once again I request Rummycircle Team to Unblock my account.
