RummyCircle.com — Accounts blocked for no proper reason

I have deleted my account with username Char5236 which was done with KYC and I have opened new account with username Char517. When I tried to do KYC on new account it got blocked saying my KYC is linked with another account and customer support told me they have transferred all the money in new account to old deleted account. I have submitted request to reactivate old account and the team has reactivated but still it is blocked so I'm unable to play cash tournaments and I don't see money transferred to the old account. The Customer support is unresponsive as they keep sending auto response that they have answered my query even after sending lots of emails that my issue is never addressed. I'm reaching you to please have them fix it as soon as possible as I have my money stuck in it.
