RummyCircle.com — Amount not credited to my bank account

Hi,

I have placed a withdrawal request for 9999 on 16th Nov 2021 at 3:02 pm. Till now the amount has not been credited in my bank. I have raised multiple tickets and all I get is robotic messages. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com
When I sent an email about KYC they said it is all verified.
Please solve the issue as soon as possible as it is not a small amount.
