I stopped playing rummy circle long back. In Sep-2020, i wanted to play rummy. So, i created a rummycircle account. I started playing rummy and deposited thousands of rupees in my newly created account and lost most of it. In couple games, i won some money and wanted to withdraw the balance 20k i have in my account.
To withdraw from rummycircle account, one has to upload KYC documents and it will be verified. Generally, it takes 1 day or couple of days as i know. But KYC on my account was not completed and withdrawal request also. I had raised multiple tickets to rummy team, but did not get response from from them like till 1 month. After 1 month or so, they had responded to my query saying, you have another rummy circle account(i think its the account i did not use it for long time which i think was closed by me) and as per their rules, they transferred my withdrawal request amount to Old account.
Since the old account not used by me for long time, i didn't remember credentials. So, i requested rummy circle team to share the mail ID that was linked to old rummy account to reset the password. i have been asking them to provide the mail ID, i did not even get a single response from any of the rummy circle support team. I had a commitment on the withdrawal amount 20k i made. Since rummy circle team delayed withdrawal and not yet processed, my commitment was lost during that time which affected me financially very badly in 2020.
I have trust and faith in Consume Complaints Board, I request you to please help me in this situation.
