RummyCircle.com — Blocked account and freeze my money

Dear sir I created a account on rummy circle.i read all terms of condition.i withdrawal rupees 100 and 4000 successfully...after 2 withdrawal I deposited 13000 approx and win 24512 rupees I request a withdrawal of rupees 20000 approx but after request a withdrawal they are blocked my account immediately without any reason.then I ask you on email they are saying I play multiple account and terms of violence game ..but sir I told him I am a fair player.i have some proofs like my account totally verified and I have deposit proof withdrawal proof anything they want I have all documents but still they are not replying my email.only send same to same 1 boat email.. please sir help me they are fraud with me .if I wrong so why they give me 2 times withdraw and why they don't blocked my account first time I played on his site...if I lose money they don't blocked.i win money that's why he blocked and not responding my email.
