RummyCircle.com — Constant spamming on phone although number is on Do Not Call list

This company is a nuisance. They are spamming like anything and I have been reading that they want you to write emails which I did already. However, they never seem to stop. First of all, why should I have to request them to stop? The text should have a way to unsubscribe if at all they have no shame in sending texts to DND numbers.
