[Resolved]  RummyCircle.com — Do not satisfy the preconditions to play cash games on the website

Good Morning.

I am not able to proceed to add cash as am getting this error " You cannot currently add cash to your account or play cash games. We have detected that you do not satisfy the preconditions to play cash games on the website.
For more information, please contact the fair play team at [protected]@rummycircle.com"

I was able to get ride of the location issue but now am getting this error and am not able to add cash into my account. Can you let me know why this error is occurring.
