Dear sir rummycircle not intiate my refund I have already send my bank account last 1 month one time they said to me update your bank details in your rummycircle but I check my account account is not unblock and I'm unable to update my account and after that I send again email rummycircle they said to me we are investigation your account and we are notified soon but sir they are not notified me now today 8 days complete but his investigation is not complete and they are not initiate my refund they send common massage that we are investigation your account and sir rummycircle debit my all money my refundable money is not available in my account so please help me to my refund I'll give you my details
