[Resolved] RummyCircle.com — My account blocked and unable to withdraw my balance

Dear Team,
My account is been blocked due KYC EXISTING I had account earlier. I myself blocked previous. Now I wanted reactivate but I couldn't activate previous account. I have created new account and uploaded KYC but it's failed. Then immediately my account was blocked by rummy circle. If it's against your company policy then go ahead and block the account permanent but send my balance which is mine truthfully

Updated by Harishka1802 I have written 15 emails till now. Nobody is bothered respond on particular concern. All they reply which is irrelevant. And they closed the ticket also without resolving the issue.
