My username is "rajuaish". I am a platinum elite player from years and i have been your player from so many years having made transactions in lakhs of rupees so many times either winning or losing. Suddenly my account was closed with 9400 rupees still in my account. I have been sending so many mails and calls since 2months and the issue is not resolving yet. And even my mails are not being responded. Always they say that they could not reach me on my registered mobile number and asking me to provide correct number and convenient time to call, and i keep on mailing them asking them to call me on the same number and it is active 24/7 but still they don't call and keep on saying the same thing. And then in one of the mails, i got a reply saying that they do not see any problem in my account and it is completely active from their end and they asked me to send a screenshot of the error, and then i replied them sending the screenshot, and in reply they did not address the issue and instead they are again asking me correct phone number and time to call. It is so frustrating that they are responding to a platinum elite member like this. I hope this complaint helps me to urge them to solve my issue immediately.
