Am already same issue to payumoney coustomer care and that replayed as follows

Sir i am RAM prosad mallick i firstly opened the app and suddenly add money option is clicked and 2000 rs debited from my bank account.Sir please tell me how to transfer the 2000 rs to my bank account.please reply i am in urgent.
