I am not able to play a cash game and make withdraws in rummy circle. Since novemeber month i had this issue. I sent more than 100 emails they never reply a single email from past 30 days... I have a amount worth 10152 rupees in my rummy wallet. I already file a two complaints about this issue in your website. You people also not taken a action.. So i kindly request to clear this issue.. My account got locked and my amount refund also I did not get. I don't know the reason and it's not llowing me to join in any of the game and I am playing more than a year, I don't know the reason I lost my amount.
