My account has been blocked stated many ID's linked with my account.. please find the problem encountered
1. Unable to verify my PAN it's showing my father name instead of my name (many mail sent to customer care got only reply with some standard static message ex : Me: please let me know how come my name is mismatch I never shared my father details to rummy circle... Res RCircle exe : your name is missmatch with the passbook given please share the appropriate bank details... This same message sent for all my questions ex: please confirm from which document you referring... How to cross verify my submitted doc.. etc etc for all questions same forward message
Finally I shared my father account details, then got the response as your I'd linked with too many accounts so we are closing your account..
Now sent more than 10 mails for my available balance withdrawal, no response for a single mail. I have balance in my account with 8k+ need my money back because you are closed my account
Dear rummy circle team how you peoples validating customer id only in the time of withdrawal, why not in the time of deposits. I have deposited around 18 to 19k those time your application and team happily taken my money, if I goes for withdraw money immediately blocked my account and given some dash dash forward message explanation..
Please tell me how can I withdraw my money.. crores of people using this app if you cheat for one account with 10rs my god your excess non income balance will reach peak... Nice work rummy circle team
