Name: Arasu Kannusamy Mobile Number: [protected] Email: [protected]@gmail.com Complaint Against: RummyCircle (Games24x7 Pvt Ltd) Issue: My RummyCircle account has been permanently blocked citing a violation of their Terms of Service. The reason given was that I had created multiple accounts using the same Aadhaar or PAN details. However, I clearly explained to their support team that this happened unintentionally and without any intent to defraud, exploit bonuses, or violate fair play. I have: Provided all my correct KYC documents Written multiple emails requesting a fair manual review Never misused their system for fraud or collusion Despite this, they rejected my appeal with a generic template message, without giving me any real chance to explain or resolve the issue. Impact: I lost access to my genuine account RummyCircle holds my verified KYC and possibly bonus/withdrawal balance I have been unfairly denied the right to play or access my own account What I Request: Immediate manual review of my case by a senior team member Reinstatement of my account OR clear explanation of how I violated their policy Transparency in handling fair play disputes I also request E-Gaming Federation and consumer grievance bodies to take note of this pattern and ensure players are not unfairly banned without recourse Was this information helpful? | |||
