I am facing the problem to adding cash is not accepted why you are not accepted to play cash games. I already submit all documents which is required so please provide to play cash games and accept my complaint

Suddenly my rummy circle account displays the message " You cannot play cash games or do cash transactions on this account" and henceforth doesnt allow me to play any cash games. It asks me to check my email, where I have not received anything. I have also registered a complaint at rummycircle.com. Please help. My User id is fanis55
