RummyCircle.com — User account blocked and my money is stuck

My user account is blocked and the fair play team saying that i have violated their policy. Since iam playing for a long time and now iam a platinum elite player then how I'll violate or cheat ? I know the rules and regulations. So how can I cheat? They can check all my transactions and game play . Everywhere I played genuinely my game alone. If I violated the rules then they should not have waited till I hold the most vip membership. Now my money 10, 000 is got stuck in my account and they are not allowing me to withdraw it. Kindly unblock my account. Actually I gave withdrawal of 800 which was processed instantly and then when I give 10000, then immediately they blocked my account. So unblock my account or else reverse my money of 10, 000 to my bank account. I have sent many mails but still I dint get my money back.
