I don't know what investigation you are doing on 07/06/2022 - saikumar [fairplay] told by 13/06/2022 i will get a resolution lateron 16/06/2022 - Fairplay team has asked my documents which i produced on 17/06/2022on 23/06/2022 - SAIKUMAR [fairplay ]called me and told me that the legal team has decided to give my winning amount and the same will be credited into My given sbi account by the end of month 30/06/2022.you didnt even look after that and due to full stress and financial pressure im having i said if i didn't get the money i have to end up my life {thats the situation i'm facing }in social media and they have permanently block my account and later onon 05/07/2022 -NEELESH [ fairplay ] has been called me and said sorry for inconvenience caused as per promised given by the SAIKUMAR the money will be credited to your SBI account please give us sometime legal team has already decided to give the money back and i'm also asking the same .IF THE LEGAL TEAM HAS BEEN DECIDED TOO GIVE MY MONEY BACK TO THE GIVEN SBI ACCOUNT ON 23/06/2022 WHATS THE PROBLEM FOR PAYMENTS AND FAIRPLAY TEAM TO TRANSFER THE MONEY AND WHY YOU SAYING ALL THESE MISINTERPRETED MESSAGES .ITS NOT 1 RUPEE OR 10 RUPEES 36 LAKHS .ITS MY LIFE CHANGING MONEY AND FAIRPLAY HAD ALREADY GIVEN THE PROMISE NOW WHY ARE YOU BACK STEPPING AND SEARCHING FOR EXCUSES NOT TO GIVE REPIES AND MONEY .
NOTE : Support team says they had no right to take actions or give replies to blocked accounts
Fairplay team says investigation going on going on even though on call itself a month back on 23/06/2022 investigation completed.
The social media team says please mail us to the support team and they will get back to you .I Mean is there anything correct happening here?I sent this much clearfull mail but still the FAIRPLAY team simply says they have already given an answer on ticket id so so or investigation going on.
I DEMAND AN ANSWER AND PLEASE CALL ME BACK ON MY REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER AND PLEASE I BEG YOU TO TRANSFER THE MONEY AND CALL ME IF YOU HAD ANY DOUBTS .

I already uploaded my aadhar card picture in the website and i already kyc verified account why you telling like these type of misinterpreted mails.

im attaching my aadhar card & pancard here also along with bank passbook please verify and unblock my account

This is the reply from rummycircle when i asked for the aadhar card mail .
they are saying my account is blocked and you are saying send us the aadhar card is this fair ?
