[Resolved] RummyCircle.com — Withdraw not sending from 5 days | |
I placed a withdrawal on 10th on RummyCircle.com and there are not processing it from then. They say it takes 72 hours. But according to time calculations it's has been 102 hrs.. I wrote around 15- 20 emails and they won't even respond. Some guys reply the same 72hrs but before replying they won't even read the query properly. I think they are not educated or illeterates as the main question or query of the customer has to be answered but these guys simply copy paste the same old story and send it.. Even if they send saying 72 hrs it bas been long ago completed.. Placed it on 10ty and today is 15th.. 5days have been completed.
