[Resolved] RummyCircle.com — withdrawal amount is not credited

Hello, My user id is jaya0763 I have updated invalid bank account details in my rummy circle account, and request one withdrawal request. I have contacted the bank as well, they told me that they haven't received any amount for both the invalid and valid account as well. Please reverse my amount back to my rummy circle account, or please provide the payment details such as reference number and payment transaction number if you have processed. I tried to contact rummy circle customer support, nobody try to help me. If this is issue is not resolved, please confirm i can file a case against rummy circle using the below address. "p. O. The withdrawal amount is still not reversed back to my Rummy Circle account. I would like to get the Payment reference number if they proceed the withdrawal but they are not provide any details on this. Could you please advise me where I need to contact for this issue.
