I am having account in rummycircle from more than 6 years. Now they are saying my email id is not registered. My user id is vvm131. I am sending many emails to customer service but every time they say send mail from registered mail id. I am having nearly rs.2500 in my account. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have already sent mail from my mail ID. But they are saying your email Id is not registered send mail from your registered mail id.
I am using this mail id since beginning now what happened I don't know. I can give proofs if needed.
Kindly resolve my issue immediately.
