[Resolved]  RummyCircle.com — account blocked for linking with multiple accounts

My account has Rs 520 balance and has been blocked in the name of my KYC and login id being linked with multiple accounts.
However, I have only one account and have already provided my KYC document.

I am ready to provide any further document needed for verification. However, I am getting a proper response from the rummy circle support team ([protected]@rummycircle.com) despite providing all the details on the mail.

I want my amount to be credited to my bank account or my rummy circle account to be activated.
