[Resolved] RummyCircle.com — account blocked, verification pending, lack of support | |
I'm fed up with there support team, it's now been 3 weeks since my account got blocked, When i mailed them they told me to re-verify my account, so i sent my bank passbook and pan documents for verification. Now it's been more than 1 week since i submitted my documents, no response from there support team. I have my money above ₹2000 blocked on that account, what i'm saying is that, if the rummy circle team is not interested in verifying my account, atleast give me back my money. For you it will be nothing, but for me it's a huge amount. Need an answer! Was this information helpful? | |
