My username is rummy. God in the rummycircle website.

My account is in closed condition now.

Due to the reason i had an another account previously.

But i didnt create multiple account for cheating or anything else. I had created new account simply because i couldnt access old one.

So now please reactivate my rummy. God account and give my balance back.

You claimed that playing rummy is create lot of financial for you, we do not want you to face such problem. Hence your account is closed permanently and we are sorry to inform you that it can not be activated again.

Updated by Prasathpix Rummy circle didn't resolve my complaint. And aslo they give me wrong answers everytime i request for account reopening. Below is the proof of screenshots.

Once they told me, my account had been closed due to the reason i had used multilpe accounts. Now they are saying it's due to the fact i have financial problem. I don't want rummy circle to worry about my financial problem.

You have to reopen my account.
