RummyCircle.com — ID closed, but personal data not removed in database

I am a small stake player with id murty1157 in Rummy Circle since 2016.
Even though I lost a considerable amount in all these years, but I really
enjoyed the cash games.

In May first week I requested rummycircle to hold my account for 15 days
due to my personal reasons, whereas rummy circle had closed my account
murty1157 permanently. I request many times to re-activate my account and
I was informed once account has closed permanently, it is not possible to re-activated. Then, I request them to transfer my balance amount in account, and they done it, for which I am very thankful to them.

Since my account had closed permanently, I can not play cash games and
transactions except practice games which I am not interested. I requested them again to delete all my personal information, bank details, id, pw and
KYC, but rummy circle has not done it inspite of my repeated requests by mails and they are not responding to my requests.
Hence, I request Rummy Circle through this online grievance platform to take suitable action immediately.

As per Rummycircle customer care advise 08.07.2020, I have sent my mail ID, and other details by mail ON 12.7.2020, but so far they have not taken any action in deletion of my personal particulars, id bank details, KYC, even they have not acknowledged my mail.

For all these online complaints against rummy circle, simply they send a stereo type reply asking complaint person to contact their rummy circle support team furnishing player ID, mail and phone details.
but, afterwords no response from them.
Rummy circle is not responding to my requests through this platform and my email (in response to their suggestion to send maid id, email details etc).
please instruct rummy circle to take immediate action on this issue

I am glad to inform that my rummycircle account has been reactivated yesterday night. hence close my
complaint against Rummycircle as SOLVED
