Dear sir/madam i am the user of rummycircle online game, to withdraw money kyc verification is mandatory, due to mismatch of my name in rummyy account and in my documents, aadhaar uploading is failed. My name in all my documents is thumpala lakshmi venkateswara rao, because of this large name i prefer to give venkytl as my username in rummycircle account, kindly please change my name.
