I have made purchase before covid in phase 1. There is reconciliation issue wherein Runwal had shown some excess amt paid. I was following up since long but remains unresolved. I had send various mails and made many calls however all efforts are in vain.
Pathetic client service i have ever seen. For mistake done by Runwal I have to call 100 times however RM is enjoying his own sweet ignorance.

I have booked property at Runwal Bliss and after postponing possession by 3-4 times, finally they have said for Mar-23. However, they are not even allowing interior person for measurements in feb month ..that’s a month prior to their final committed date . Worst experience and poor commitment....

I was promised possession in March 2022, then July 2022, then Dec 2022. Now after 1 year of delay CS team is providing ledger of interest charged due to late payments. I have booked flat at runwal enchanted thane, Due to some issues i was having some quires, but runwal sales executive and team doest not have time and manners to talk to customers....

I was planning to book 1 bhk flat with runwal my city and I sent token amount of 54000 for the same.
But due to some personal emergency I need to cancel the booking .

The area in advertisement and carpet area of 683 sq ft however on cost sheet builder given as RERA carpet area as 645.52sq ft. As per floor plan room dimention builder ris giving 601.20sq ft area. and not giving any explanation with regards to diffence in of 45sqft area. We have visited office many time with regards to complent but no any responce was received from builder.
