Township Maintenance and Tower Maintenance charges

Dear Team,

I have been allotted a flat in Tower-5, Room No-1108"(Said Flat)" situated on the TOWER 5, i have received the possession notice and i have paid all payments excepts security deposit and maintenance charges

1) Security Deposit : Rs.25000
2) Building Cam Charges : Rs.32085

I was following with CRM but did not get any response from her, hence lodging the complaint for redressal...

Im very frustrated by invetation calls by Runwal Garden, Dombivli. After telling 1000 times im not interested not looking for property still they are calling. From maketing and sales deprt. Please instruct sales department to not call again.

    I have booked flate in runwal mycity dombivli manpada road .in 2018 .now allmost 6 years completed and in agreement possession date is december.but i couldn't get possession till now as I suffer lot .they told me on December pay full payment.as i paid full amount in December but they r not giving possession.and now no one is answering any thing about possession.i don't know what to do.

        Want to meet RM. Please confirm the date and time. I have received demand letter and i have query raised since 17th March and til today no revert or clarification. Today (31st March ) is the last day to pay pending amount. Post that they will also charge money

        1. Need clarification on tax amount
        2. What is the good reason for not getting any reply from RM.
        3. To whom we can escalate the issue if focal is not responding.
        4. Interest charged for the last year which was already discussed with RM and the manager
        5. Mentally draining as the issues are not addressed.

          Hi Team.

          I have booked a flat in runwal garden and now I am thinking have a done a mistake or what, the excitative don't even attend call and they don't have knowledge to. due to which I have to pay TDS twice and no proper response from them. I am trying to call for future process for registration but no response. If they can't handle so then why they are making fake promises I don't understand. If they can refund my all amount paid I want to cancel my booking.

          totally agreed with the above point... a very very poor response from the Relationship Manager.
          These Runwal are good in taking money, when we follow up for our refund these poeple block us.

            Thank you for your email.

            I have been following up for the agreement since Friday. It has been a devastating experience.

            On Friday I was informed that there won’t be any agreements done on Sat-Sun. Than I was informed by Ashish that Monday we will get the document and Tuesday we will do the registration. Later I was informed that there is a meet on Tuesday and hence it will be done on a Wed. And now I got a call and was informed that there is a issue and we won’t be able to do the registration tomorrow. Is it a joke.

            I thought I have taken a flat from Runwal and everything will be smooth. But doesn’t look like and I am facing more issues than a local builder.

              We had made 100% payment on 30th Dec 2022 and below are the results on our possession status. There is absolutely no update from Runwal on this. Till December regular follow up and emails were received asking to pay the 91% or else penalty will be incurred. After 100% payment has been made, we can't have an authentic update till date.

              We got to know on Saturday that a late fee 3800 Rs. approx is still reflecting in the account which you were supposed to waive off as per our discussion on 18th Feb 2023.

              I was communicated that Mrs. Nikita Anchan, did not bother to update the TDS amount in the system which was paid on 14th Dec 2022 and was showing pending from customer.

              Mr. Pawan told that he will update TDS amount and get clearance for the late fee waiver, when we met last month on 18th Feb 2023.

              Since 16 days from 18th Feb 2023, still this is not done and investigation is going on. What is that Pawan and team are investigating? I doubt that is anyone doing the work properly at runwal crm office.

              Now it is said that pay the late fee and get the possession asap.

              Please do not buy time. Work appropriately and stick to the commitments.

              I would like to get immediate attention and action on this.

                We trusted runwal developers and booked a flat in runwal bliss in the October 2020. We were committed with a specific time period for receiving the OC and posession which was ideally by year 2022.

                It's almost 2023 now and we haven't yet got OC . The CRM team commits a date and the reality is that we never got OC in the committed date .

                We have been staying in rental apartment since 2020 thinking that by 2022 we will get the posession as during the sale of the flat we were being told about the same however it's 2023, March but the dates keeps extending.

                I want to know finally when are we getting OC and posession for my flat number E 4302, Runwal bliss and thus time it can't keep changing like it has happened for past 3 years

                  Delay in possession

                  Booked a flat at Runwal Bliss Kanjurmarg in Nov 2020. Was assured that the flat will be delivered by June 2022. Its March 2023 and we still are waiting for Tower A possession. When enquired, I am told that we will get possession by June 2023 due to some external work that needs to be completed. I requested by RM (Priyanka Dudani) if it is possible to visit the site and see the flat but i was told it is not possible due to no entry exit points...

                  my complaints is against runwal garden dombivili. we booked a commerical shop in 2021 while booking they show us layout of coner shop and have both side big shutter now after completion of a project they handover one side shutter with small 10 feet shutter. during six month we taking followup of teams of runwal garden they say only we doing. now they totally side no we can not do anything. please sir have a humble request do some thing such kind of fraud builder.

                      I am Anujkumar Sharma, staying in Thane. I have visited your one of the site for one year before.
                      I am now fed up with your calls from your site.

                      Many time I have requested you to not to call me. Every time your representative said that they will not call and we will put your number in DND. However I am getting invitation calls from your side.

                      It is high time now, it is kind of harassment to me.

                      Kindly take necessary action and remove my number from your list. Otherwise I will raise my voice on the Tiwtter and will suggest all my colleague not to visit Runwal, visiting their site a kind of harassment.

                        Hi,

                        I have made purchase before covid in phase 1. There is reconciliation issue wherein Runwal had shown some excess amt paid. I was following up since long but remains unresolved. I had send various mails and made many calls however all efforts are in vain.
                        Pathetic client service i have ever seen. For mistake done by Runwal I have to call 100 times however RM is enjoying his own sweet ignorance.
                        Even if by mistake they pick call every time it is falls promise only. More than 2 years has happened but no resolution provided. I am unable to decide on my financial plan because of Runwal mistake. Unnecessary I am paying only home loan interest. RM Mr. Girish is like Owner of company first never picks ups call. Or by chance if he picked he will just make falls promises. Worst service i had with Runwal. Please Resolve all my accounting glitches done.

                          I have booked property at Runwal Bliss and after postponing possession by 3-4 times, finally they have said for Mar-23. However, they are not even allowing interior person for measurements in feb month ..that’s a month prior to their final committed date . Worst experience and poor commitment.

                            I was promised possession in March 2022, then July 2022, then Dec 2022. Now after 1 year of delay CS team is providing ledger of interest charged due to late payments. Late payment interest is charged on booking amount also. Booking amount?? How can booking amount be delayed?? You pay the money and book flat. This is extortion after collecting all monies as per agreement. Have been chasing CEO Manoj Paliwal but no response.

                              Not getting satisfactory answers from respective persons. They are only saying it is process. I want to ask if all work is over then only final...

                                I have book the commercial unit on 2 oct 2022 however due to financial crises I have cancel my unit I have given verbal communication in end of December. I have marked the official mail on 2nd January 2023 to Mr pratap bandahari and a reminder on 7th Jan. On this I have spoke to his senior Mr Chetan. As per his word we will be refund the amount for all the customer who will be cancellation the unit and will send the bulk refund. But to this answer I am not satisfied as why should I wait for other people. While book were you guys waiting for same. I think you should work on individual customer. As a customer I am not care of your other customers. I am request to refund my funds I have given the required documents for my refund of amount.

                                I am waiting for response else I have to take this matter to consumers foram. As this funds are used by builder without any interest to customer.
